What is Steel Slag Conditioner?
Alobriq S is an alumina-based steel slag conditioner
briquette produced from aluminium dross after metal
recovery using the TAHA Hot-Dross Process.
Alobriq S is used as a tapping addition designed to quickly assimilate into the entire ladle slag volume, which facilitates a complete reaction with the carryover furnace slag to reduce the FeO and MnO contents of the slag in the ladle effectively.
